报告题目：Integrated Spintronic Devices: Sensors, Isolators and Magnetic Memories

Abstract：Since the discovery of the Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) effect two decades ago, extensive research has been conducted on spintronic materials including GMR multilayers and their device applications. In this talk, integrated spintronic devices including GMR/MTJ sensors, magnetic isolators and magnetic random access memories (MRAMs) are reviewed from a perspective of materials, design and fabrication as well as devices functionalities. Presented will also be the progress of commercialization of integrated spintronic devices at joint efforts of Center for Integrated Spintronic Devices (CISD, Hangzhou Dianzi University) and SPINIC Inc.

报告人简介：钱正洪，杭州电子科技大学磁电子中心主任、博士生导师、浙江省“钱江学者”高级人才、浙江省特聘专家、中国侨联特聘专家、浙江省教育厅“磁电子材料和器件”创新团队负责人、浙江省“智能识别关键技术及应用”科技创新团队首席科学家、东方微磁科技有限责任公司技术总裁、美国先进微传感器公司技术顾问。于1989年和1992年分别获得四川大学材料科学系学士学位和硕士学位。留校工作三年后，于1995年赴美国明尼苏达大学同时攻读材料科学与工程博士学位和电子工程硕士学位。1999年毕业后先后在美国三家主要的磁电子高科技公司工作：担任美国NVE公司首席研究员/项目负责人、美国Grandis公司产品研发部主任和美国AMS公司首席工程师/研发技术主任。已在J. Appl. Phys.、IEEE等国内外学术刊物上发表文章70余篇。先后荣获中国国家教育委员会科技进步三等奖、中国核工业总公司部级科技进步二等奖、四川省科技进步一等奖、美国航天部和美国国防部奖励等科研奖项。
