魏大海
魏大海,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
1982年12月出生。2010年1月于复旦大学物理系取得博士学位,随后先后在日本东京大学、德国雷根斯堡大学等海外知名高校工作。2015年通过国家高层次人才计划进入中国科学院半导体研究所超晶格国家重点实验室工作。
取得的重要科研成果:
1)系统研究了3d、4d重金属及合金的自旋霍尔效应,发现了铜-铋合金的巨自旋霍尔效应。2)通过侧向自旋阀的非局域自旋注入,将自旋流注入处于相变临界点的弱铁磁体,从自旋霍尔信号探测到铁磁体相变过程中局域磁矩的涨落与自旋流的相互作用,提供了一种超灵敏的自旋流探测磁矩涨落的实验方法。3)发展了一种交流自旋流信号分离、探测的实验方法,在自旋泵浦中证实并探测到了交流自旋注入及其对应的自旋霍尔信号,为交流自旋电子学发展提供了基础。4)研究了磁性超薄膜界面调控的机制,成功实现通过界面层间耦合和纳米结构对其磁各向异性的调控。
主要研究领域方向:
主要从事纳米磁学和自旋电子学领域的研究,在侧向自旋阀和自旋泵浦等多种自旋器件结构中,研究自旋注入、探测以及调控,通过自旋霍尔效应、自旋轨道矩等自旋相关的输运现象,探索自旋流的各种新奇性、效应及其可能的应用。
