窦润江
窦润江,男,博士,高级工程师。
分别于2008年和2010年获得北京理工大学工学学士和硕士学位。2020年于中国科学院半导体研究所,获工学博士学位。2010年7月至2011年11月在北方微电子PVD事业部任平台工程师。2011年12月加入半导体超晶格国家重点实验室工作至今。
主要研究成果:
研制的“试验二十号C星”目标检测载荷,随搭载“长征二号丁”运载火箭发射入轨,实现在轨应用。研制的SATech-01科学卫星智能化检测载荷,随搭载“力箭一号”运载火箭发射入轨,实现在轨验证。研制的天基精跟踪目标处理器,实现非合作目标的亚像素级高速稳定跟踪,完成外场闭环试验。研制的卫星数据模拟源系统,保障了卫星载荷研制、地面验证、在轨调试等任务。研制的多款感存算一体化智能视觉系统,交付用户使用。型号配套任务若干。
主要科研方向:
1、边缘计算型人工智能视觉芯片设计;
2、基于FPGA和视觉芯片的感存算智能视觉系统设计;
3、基于FPGA和视觉芯片的图像处理算法加速设计;
4、基于FPGA、CPU和GPU的异构计算系统设计。
