刘力源
刘力源,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
中国科学院半导体研究所研究员,中国科学院大学岗位教授。2010年获清华大学工学博士学位;2010-2012年在清华大学电子工程系从事博士后研究;2012年7月加入中国科学院半导体研究所半导体超晶格国家重点实验室,任副研究员。2018年1月任半导体超晶格国家重点实验室研究员。2016年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会。
刘力源研究员主要从事人工智能视觉芯片研究,基于半导体所平台,围绕人工视觉感知器件和电路、新型视觉传感器、边缘视觉处理器、传感器/处理器集成技术开展研究,取得了一系列创新性的研究成果,为光电融合视觉芯片实用化奠定了基础。
主要研究方向包括:
1)面向3D视觉和高速视觉的单光子图像传感器研制,基于CMOS工艺的太赫兹探测器和面阵成像器件研制;
2)面向边缘图像处理的视觉处理器架构和电路研究,基于神经网络的图像处理算法及轻量化方法研究;
3)CMOS图像传感器和处理器一体化视觉芯片、脉冲型全仿生视觉芯片、基于动态视觉传感的视觉芯片研究。
学术兼职包括:半导体学报编委,国际集成电路技术与应用大会议(ICTA)程序委员会主席(2019-2020),亚洲固态电路会议(A-SSCC)程序委员会成员(2013-2018);电气与电子工程师协会(IEEE)会员,IEEE固态电路协会北京分会副主席;北京电子学会理事,中国图形图象学会类脑视觉专委会委员,中国运筹学会智能工业数据解析与优化专委会理事。
