郭亚楠

郭亚楠,女,博士,副研究员。
中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,“十四五”国家重点研发计划课题负责人。
厦门大学物理系学士,中国科学院半导体研究所博士。2017年7月加入中国科学院半导体照明研发中心,主要从事AlGaN基宽禁带紫外发光材料和器件、非线性集成相干光源及产业应用研究。多项深紫外氮化物材料、器件核心指标为国际同期领先水平。
先后主持和参加国家重点研发计划、自然科学基金和地方科技攻关专项等近10项。在Photonics Research、Crystal Growth & Design、Appl Phys Lett、Opt Express等国内外杂志上发表论文30余篇;授权发明专利7件,其中1件已产业转化;受邀参与编制《紫外LED技术路线图(2020-2035)》。
