郭菲

郭菲,女,博士,副研究员

2011年毕业于吉林大学电子工程系电子科学与技术专业,获工学学士学位,同年进入中国科学院半导体所攻读博士,2016年取得中国科学院大学博士学位。2023年进入中国科学院半导体研究所工作,主要从事半导体激光器、InP基高速光电子器件及集成器件、硅基光子器件的研究和应用。

主要研究领域方向:

InP基高速光器件及相关集成、少模光通信的关键光器件、硅基光子器件、高速光模块

取得的重要科研成果:

1.国际首次研制出基于光-光振荡效应实现带宽扩展的高速单片光子集成芯片;

2.独创类对接生长和选区外延上波导层技术研制出多通道40 Gb/s单片集成高速光子芯片,作为特邀文章报道于Opt. Commun.上;

3.国际率先基于啁啾管理激光器技术研制出高速ComboPON光模块产品,实现直调激光器性能的突破;

4.提出一种相移量精确可控的小型化InP基模分复用器结构,研制出尺寸最小的InP基模式复用/解复用器;

5.以第一作者发表论文11篇,授权发明专利7
